INTRODUCTION
   
MusicArt Society (MAS) has been providing free music education to the underprivileged children (those belonging to low income families, slum children, children with special needs and orphans) since the year 2009. Our preliminary research demonstrated that the children belonging to these categories are more interested, dedicated and enthusiastic about learning music in comparison to other children. This is one of the reasons that MAS has targeted these underprivileged children for providing free music education with the aim of enriching their lives and empowering them through music. In this regard, MAS has aimed to conduct a project entitled “Music for the nation” that aims to provide free music education to these children all across the country.
   
   VISION
   
Our vision is to nurture a community where children from the low income families turn out to be healthy and honest citizens, able to contribute to the nation by contributing to the society. We envision differentially-able children pursue their dreams of becoming a musician without letting anything limit them.
   
   
MISSION
   
Our mission is to provide quality music education to these children, so that, in future, they can depend on their musical skills to eke out their living and also serve the society especially by spreading the value of music education. We do this by:
   
• Enrich the lives of children through music education.
   
• Empower the children across the nation through music education.
   
• Contribute to the development of music education in Nepal.
   
* Organizing programs so that the children could have a platform to expose their talents and build their confidence and personality.
   
   
GOALS
   
Our goal is to educate every child in Music throughout the Nation and stablish the first Children Orchestra in Nepal.
